REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange :

You can Only Return your product to adjust the size if it is not comfortable.

We are always sending you products after checking properly but still if any mistakes happen and you got any defective product from us and we captured it in our CCTV OR Your Product Opening Video then you can return or exchange products.

In these cases no shipping charge will be charged to Customers .

After Order You Can Get Refund Only For Two Reasons.

 

One If Your Ordered Item Is Not Available or Sold Earlier in Offline Store Or We have No Exchange Option Available.

And the other is if we get Your double payment By Mistake than in this both cases we can refund your amount after deducting 2% of total amount which Will Be a transaction charge.  In any of the above reason we will initiate the refund in 24-36 hours after the issue is raised.

Order Cancellations:

Refunds will also be issued if the order is canceled by Shreeman Raymond due to unforeseen circumstances.

Defective or Damaged Items:

In case of defective or damaged items, customers must request a replacement by contacting customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
